The Obligation of a Islam, Hajj to Mecca Saudi Arabia, ~ Behold, o my brother may Allah bestows instructions to me and to you to recognize the truth and follow it, that God requires that upon his slaves for Hajj to the House and to make it as one of the pillars of Islam. Allah Ta'ala says:
وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ الْعَالَمِين
"The Hajj is a duty of man towards God, (for) people who can afford to travel to the House, and whoever disobeyed (the obligation of Hajj) then surely Allah is rich (no need of something) of the universe \ nature." [Ali ' Imran: 97]
In Shahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim from Ibn ' Umar, companions of the Prophet sallallaahu ' alaihi wasallam said:
« بني الإسلام على خمس : شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله ، وأن محمدا رسول الله ، وإقام الصلاة ، وإيتاء الزكاة ، وصوم رمضان ، وحج بيت الله الحرام »
"Islam was founded upon the five pillars:
1. Syahadah (the witness) that no one has the right to in believe other than Allah, and that Muhammad is the Apostle of God exists
2. Establish the prayer
3. Removing the zakat
4. Fasting in Ramadan
5. Hajj to the House
لقد هممت أن أبعث رجالا إلى هذه الأمصار فينظروا كل من كان له جدة ولم يحج ليضربوا عليهم الجزية ، ما هم بمسلمين ، ما هم بمسلمين
"I was determined to send some people towards these territories to examine who owns the property but not the adequacy of the Hajj, in order that obligated them to pay Jizya. They are not including the Muslims. They are not including the Muslims. "
It was narrated from ' ali, he said:
من قدر على الحج فتركه فعليه أن يموت يهوديا أو نصرانيا

For people who have not been able to go for Hajj and he, he is obliged to hasten to go, based on the memoirs of Ibn ' Abbas that the Prophet sallallaahu ' alaihi wasallam said:
« تعجلوا إلى الحج – يعني : الفريضة – فإن أحدكم لا يدري ما يعرض له »
"Quick-hurry up y'all Hajj, Hajj is mandatory, i.e. because someone you do not know what will happen to him. (Narrated by Al-Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal)

And based on the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ' alaihi wasallam, in a sermon he:
« أيها الناس ، إن الله فرض عليكم الحج فحجوا »
"O mankind, mwwajibkan haji Allah upon you, then laksanakanlah the Hajj." (Narrated By Muslim)
About the obligation of ' umrah, many Hadith shows it. Among them, the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ' alaihi wasallam, when answering the question the Archangel Gabriel about Islam, he replied:
« الإسلام أن تشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله ، وتقيم الصلاة ، وتؤتي الزكاة ، وتحج البيت وتعتمر ، وتغتسل من الجنابة ، وتتم الوضوء ، وتصوم رمضان »
Islam it is:
Thou bear witness that there is no deity except Allah and diibadahi reserve the right that Muhammad is the Apostle of God, thou hast founded the prayer, zakat, thou shalt thou exert to perform Hajj and ' umrah, thou jinabat, thou hast bathed in perfect wudlu; and you fast in Ramadan. (This Hadith in Ibn Khuzaimah and history Ad - Daraquthni of the companions ' Umar bin Al-Khattab. Ad-Daraquthni said: this hadeeth is Saheeh Isnaad).

« يا رسول الله ، هل على النساء من جهاد؟ قال : عليهن جهاد لا قتال فيه : الحج والعمرة »
"Aisha said: o Messenger of Allaah, is there any obligation of jihad for women? He said: for them there is the obligation of jihad without warfare, i.e. Hajj and ' Umrah. " (Hadith of Al-Imam Ahmad and Ibn Majah with a Saheeh isnaad).
It is not obligatory, Hajj and Umrah except once a lifetime. It is based on the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ' alaihi wa sallam in a Saheeh hadeeth:
« الحج مرة ، فمن زاد فهو تطوع »
"Hajj it only once (wajibnya). Whoever adds (do more than once), then it is tathawwu ' (sunnah). " (Narrated By Ahmad)
It is Sunnah to reproduce do Hajj and Umrah as tathawwu ' (an extra practice or sunnah), based on the hadeeth in Saheeh Al-Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim from Abu Hurayrah sahaabah radhiyallahu'anhu he said: the Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam said:
« العمرة إلى العمرة كفارة لما بينهما ، والحج المبرور ليس له جزاء إلا الجنة »
Umrah to worship worship is the next cover of ' umrah (the case) the errors that occur between the two. And it's not accepted that haji rewards for him except Jannah. "
